DESCRIPTION:This event is affiliated with the Up North State of Mind exhibit and will be held during the Charlevoix Farmers Market in East Park. Artists will register and have their canvas/paper stamped to show that it was blank. Artists will then have until the noon siren blows to paint anywhere in downtown Charlevoix. The paintings will then be display\, judged and the public will be encouraged to vote for their favorite. Completed paintings will be available for purchase by the public after 1pm. Awards and door prizes will be given. You need not be an established artist to compete. This is open to all levels.
