This candlelight\, non-denominational service which includes\, poems\, readings and inspirational music\, while individually memorializing those patients who have received care through Hospice during the past year. Please feel free to bring a photo of your loved one for display. Afterwards we invite you to join with the staff\, volunteers\, family and friends for refreshments.
