This gathering will hold a non-denominational service which includes\, poems\, readings\, inspiration music\, a moment to individually memorialize those patients who have received care through Hospice during the past year\, and a moment for any other community members to remember those they have lost.  The event will finish with a butterfly release and afterward we invite you to join the staff\, volunteers\, family and friends in a time for refreshements.
