DESCRIPTION:Memorial Day Observance will begin with a service at Brookside Cemetery at 9:00am.\n\n\n\nThe Parade starts at 10:00am and travels north on Bridge Street from Garfield downtown to East Park.\n\n\n\nThere will be a program in the performance pavilion in East park at the conclusion of the parade including a ceremonial wreath laying in Round Lake\, a short speech\, and live music.\n\n\n\nVeterans\, their families\, and parade participants are invited to the Elks Lodge immediately following the parade for sandwiches and refreshments.
