LOCATION:Parade lines up on East Garfield Ave. near old American Legion Hall at 9:30am. The parade turns onto the Bridge Street travels north on US 31. A wreath will be placed in Veterans Park. The parade continues to travel north to Clinton Street and will turn into East Park near the Harbormasters office. A ceremony will be held near the Odmark Pavillion.
