DESCRIPTION:Charlevoix Area Hospital is sponsoring a TURKEY TROT on Thanksgiving morning. This Run/Walk encourages the community to get out and exercise with family and friends before sitting down to that BIG MEAL. The event starts at 8:30 AM\, with registration beginning at 7:30 at Charlevoix Area Hospital\, 14700 Lake Shore Drive in Charlevoix. There will be a $12.00 entry fee for individuals and a $30.00 entry fee per family if pre-registered before noon on Nov 27\, 2013. Entry fee will be $15 for an individual and $35 per family the day of the race. Register on-line at cah.org. Toddlers in strollers and leashed\, friendly pets are free. The hospital is asking for donations of non-perishable food items that will be distributed to local food pantries. You will receive a warm TURKEY TROT long-sleeved shirt with your registration.
