Molly Kircher is the Senior Vice President of Brand Development for Boyne Resorts, the 2nd largest ski resort company in North America which was started by her father-in-law, Everett Kircher in 1946. She is also the CEO of a women?s wear line called Trybe. She developed and shares ownership of Trybe with her cousin?s wife Rebecca Clark, a former design director for Vera Wang. In 2013, Molly opened a small retail store in Petoskey called Lake Affect. The store specializes in custom-made items reflecting life on the lakes of Northern Michigan. Lake Affect features Trybe clothing and has exclusive relationships with famous brands such as the made in Michigan brand, Shinola watches and, made in French West Indies brand, Ligne St. Barth?s perfumes. Rebecca Clark is a fashion designer with over 15 years in the NY fashion industry. Rebecca is an owner of Northcoast Design Group and is the head designer for Trybe. She has expertise in creative direction, line development, branding and brand management, styling for meetings and fashion shoots, and management of design teams. She has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the fashion calendar from hands-on experience; including concept, design, sales, and production. Her extensive experience in launching of lines for the moderate, bridge and contemporary include Trybe, Simply Vera, Vera Wang, Daisy Fuentes, Metro 7, LOGO. Rebecca also owns Michigan Fashion Proto, an apparel manufacturer specializing in brand development, pattern and sample making, short-run production and consulting. Michigan Fashion Proto is located in Lansing, Michigan.
