Citizens National Bank is a full-service, independent community bank serving seven communities in lower northern Michigan: Cheboygan, Onaway, Mackinaw City, Pellston, Indian River, Alanson, and Petoskey. We are the largest, locally owned bank in the northern lower peninsula of Michigan. On January 24, 1931 the bank received its charter from the federal Comptroller of the Currency. We are a community minded and community driven organization. In 2023, CNB employees and directors donated 1922 volunteer hours to 52 local organizations. We are proud sponsors of many schools, athletics, and charitable groups.
