Beautiful kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, washer & dryer on the 1st floor. Completely furnished with all amenities available to enjoy a relaxing stay. Air conditioned, cable TV, VCR, DVD, internet access and microwave available. Deck off of kitchen with gas BBQ for family gatherings. Walk 2 short blocks into town or just relax on the porch and enjoy the beauty of Northern Michigan.
RATES: $ 3100/ weekly only- summer rates. Cleaning fee $150.00 For off season rates please contact us.
DEPOSIT: 1/2 down - balance due 2 weeks prior to stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300.
