Laura Jasurda - Rodan + Fields

I am a Mom of five grown children and five grandchildren and am married to the man of my dreams. I grew up on 8 Mile - in one of the poorest communities in the Detroit Metro area. I was raised in a 500- square foot home by a single Mom who was strong, hard-working and selfless, and she taught me how to be the woman I am today. I started my career as a secretary and loved solving problems for my company's customers. I turned my passion of solving problems into a global engineering software sales career, without a college degree or sales experience. Like Mom, I simply focused on the needs of others. In 2007, I lost my corporate job and decided to go in business for myself. I wanted flexibility, options, and to help even more people. That's when I found Rodan and Fields. It wasn't about skincare. It was about being part of something much bigger than myself and being able to make a bigger impact. Today, Rodan and Fields is one of my greatest loves of my life.
