DESCRIPTION:Leif Eriksson Day Row and Run hosts their 8th annual event on Saturday\, October 2nd\, 2021.\n\n\n\nThe event consists of a one-mile boat race and 5k foot race and celebrates the life of Leif Eriksson. All net proceeds support the Rayder Den at Charlevoix Middle High School. Beginning at Depot beach\, the one-mile boat race leads participants to Ferry Beach.\n\n\n\nThe 5k will traverse along a road course in the city of Charlevoix. Registration is open until the day of the event. Registration up to 9/18 is $30 and includes a collectible t-shirt. $35 from 9/19 to 9/30 and $40 up to the day of the event.\n\n\n\nThe Rayder Den services Middle and High School students who are experiencing food insecurity.
