This class is designed to support those experiencing burnout, fatigue, and anxiety, those recovering from injury, or those who prefer a gentle pace. All are welcome; no experience is necessary.! Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and move in, as well as warmer layers for guided relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
