Mindfulness and meditation with Heidi Grace Dietrich!
this soothing slow-paced practice focusses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

Please bring your yoga matt and water bottle .
All levels and beginners welcome.
