GLCO presents: Beethoven Symphony No. 9

In celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday, the orchestra entertains with the last complete symphony by Beethoven. Hear it Sunday, June 7 at 4 p.m. at the John M. Hall Auditorium, Bay View. Regarded as one of his greatest works and one of the supreme achievements in the history of western music, “Beethoven’s 9th” stands as one of the most performed symphonies in the world. Joining the larger than usual orchestra will be guest choirs from across the state, combining 150 voices to accompany the orchestral masterpiece. Tickets: $25-50, age 18 under Free.
