She works closely with business owners, executives, and HR leaders across manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and nonprofit sectors to navigate workforce challenges, compliance risk, and organizational growth. She also currently serves as Membership Director on the SHRM Michigan State Council and as Education Director on the Detroit SHRM Board.
