Elizabeth Williams is a Principal in Rehmann’s HR Solutions practice with more than 25 years of experience partnering with privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations to strengthen their people strategies, leadership practices, and workplace culture. She works closely with business owners, executives, and HR leaders across manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and nonprofit sectors to navigate workforce challenges, compliance risk, and organizational growth. She also currently serves as Membership Director on the SHRM Michigan State Council and as Education Director on the Detroit SHRM Board.
