Join life-long musician and yoga enthusiast Jay Laura for Yin Yoga: guided movement to music and gentle yoga-style stretches and poses.
Give yourself a revitalizing, relaxing break in the day, infused with mind-body wellness. The routine can be adapted for standing, seated, and floor positions.
Open to all ages and ability levels!
?Please bring your own Yoga mat and water bottle.

Classes are held in our garden level art studio accessible by stairs only.
