Release/Waiver of Liability:

In consideration of the acceptance of our entry in the 2024 Charlevoix Holiday Street Parade, we hearby release the Charlevoix Chamber from any and all liability or any and all injuries or damages whatsoever arising from our participation in the aforementioned parade, including traveling to and from said event. We also give permission for the Charlevoix Area Chamber of Commerce to use photos of our parade entry for advertising and promotional purposes.
