Support customer service, bank operations and deposit maintenance. Answer incoming phone calls while maintaining a professional friendly demeanor. All job responsibilities must be completed in accordance with bank policies and procedures. More specific job duties are listed below.
Understand and follow bank/department regulations, policies, procedures and participate in all compliance-related training
Customer Service on all aspects of operations
Able to fill in when other Bookkeepers are absent (cross-trained)
Process Internet Banking applications
Enter credit card payments
Maintain signature cards (verify & file)
Process incoming wire transfers
Create, send and verify daily ATM/Debit Card orders
Process incoming check returns
Correct unposted items
Review and verify large dollar check exceptions
Operate and maintain postal equipment
Additional tasks as assigned
