Job Description
Our Management Trainee will work alongside our senior management, aiding in the responsibility of financial accounting along with maintaining a Compliance Management Program for the bank.

Initial Responsibilities to Include (but not limited to):
  • Assisting with the management of the bank’s financial and accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, wire transfers, general ledger account reconciliation, prepaids, depreciation, internal account reconciliations, & investments
  • Providing administrative support
  • Assembly of confidential information with external and internal contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Record retention & support services
  • Reviewing & reconciling the bank investment portfolio
  • Aid in the administration of financial policies, internal controls, accounting standards & procedures, ensuring accurate & consistent reporting of all financial matters
  • Assist with the annual budget process
  • Assist with developing & interpreting statistical accounting information for financial presentations at board meetings
  • Assist with efforts to improve ROE/ROA performance
  • Aid in cash management
  • Participate in internal and external audits & regulatory exams
Preferred Knowledge:
  • Educational background in Accounting/Finance
  • Data entry
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, & written skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, proactive
  • Attention to detail
Proficient in MS Word/Excel
