Primary Purpose of Job
Support customer service, bank operations and deposit maintenance.  Answer incoming phone calls while maintaining a professional friendly demeanor.  All job responsibilities must be completed in accordance with bank policies and procedures.  More specific job duties are provided upon request.

Education & Experience:
  • Basic Accounting Skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Office/Clerical experience
  • Phone Customer Service
Job Duties:
  • Understand and follow bank/department regulations, policies, procedures and participate in all compliance-related training
  • Customer Service on all aspects of operations
  • Able to fill in when other Bookkeepers are absent (cross-trained)
  • Process Online Banking applications
  • Enter credit card payments
  • Maintain signature cards (verify & file)
  • Closed account card maintenance (pull & file)
  • Review and document all customer profile changes
  • Process incoming wire transfers
  • Create, send and verify daily ATM/Debit Card orders
  • Download daily card processor reports
  • End of Day Update: Includes sending/receiving vendor files, backups and replications
  • Process incoming check returns
  • Correct unposted items
  • Review and verify large dollar check exceptions
  • Operate and maintain postal equipment
  • Additional tasks as assigned
