EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Joppa House Ministries is seeking a visionary, motivated and strategic Executive Director to lead our next chapter of growth, empowering our team to continue serving women in active recovery at our three recovery homes in Charlevoix and deepening our impact in the recovery community, local community and Northern Michigan!

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization's staff, programs, and execution of its mission. 
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a track record of driving strategic plans, fundraising, and operational excellence.
