Job Description
Landscape Logic, a premier northern Michigan landscape company, is looking for a talented Landscape Designer to join our award winning and rapidly growing team.  This position serves a critical role in transforming the plan into reality for our clients. 
The Landscape Designer works collaboratively with clients and Project Managers to meet client expectations, representing Landscape Logic’s core values in all interactions. 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ability to collaborate with the client and crew to develop solutions and execute them. 
  • Ability to manage resources within the division. 
  • Ability to share resources and lend support to the operations of the company. 
  • Understanding of contract specifications. 
  • Have high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to identify and care for plants. 
  • Ability to complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner and meet necessary deadlines. 
  • Commitment to continual growth, learning, and improvement. 
  • Have a proactive approach / problem solving skills. 
  • Have excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to make knowledgeable landscape solutions and recommendations to clients. 
Education and Experience: 
  • Two years of green industry knowledge and/or experience preferred. 
  • The ability to transfer ideas graphically to landscape designs. 
  • General passion for creative design.
