Truck Drive – Full or Part-Time
Position Summary
This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and pallets to and from job sites throughout Northern Michigan. The ideal candidate has a clean and insurable driving record, understands proper equipment securement procedures, and can operate efficiently using GPS navigation systems.

Position Summary
This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and pallets to and from job sites throughout Northern Michigan. The ideal candidate has a clean and insurable driving record, understands proper equipment securement procedures, and can operate efficiently using GPS navigation systems.
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks to transport landscape equipment and materials
- Maintain accurate timesheets utilizing both Inova and Aspire software
- Deliver tools, machinery, and bulk materials to active job sites
- Load and unload pallets and equipment as needed
- Properly lock, strap, and secure equipment in compliance with safety standards
- Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
- Utilize GPS systems for routing and efficient navigation
- Communicate effectively with crews and production team
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
- Report equipment repair issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver’s license (without CDL endorsement)
- Insurable driving record (required)
- Experience hauling trailers and equipment
- Knowledge of proper tie-down, strapping, and load securement procedures
- Ability to operate GPS navigation systems
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable and punctual
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the workday
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
