Job Description
Farley Promo, a local family-owned business, is seeking a full-time seasonal entry level production assistant to join our team. We are a promotional products company that produces, distributes, ships and delivers products locally and through-out the United States. Candidate must be reliable, willing to learn, and work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
Our production season is April – November and shifts are flexible with options for either 8-hour or 10-hour days.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Attention to detail
- Working with hands
- Previous work related skills, knowledge, or experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required
DUTIES/RESPOSIBILITIES:
- ABILITY TO:
- Independently operate various types of machinery
- Independently pick, pack and prepare items for shipping
- Read, verify, and understand work orders and procedures
- Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Work in a noisly environment
- Work at consistent pace throughout the entire shift performing repetitive motion
- Work safely in a production environment
- Pay attention to detail and quality control
