Part-Time Delivery Driver & Shop Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Delivery Driver & Shop Assistant to join our growing flower shop team. This role combines customer-facing delivery responsibilities with general shop support to help ensure smooth daily operations. Schedule: Monday–Friday hours vary, but typically between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM; Occasional Saturdays 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Availability for extended hours for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays is mandatory. Delivery Duties: Safely and efficiently deliver floral arrangements and gifts to customers, provide excellent customer service during deliveries, handle products with care to maintain quality and presentation, follow delivery routes and schedules Shop Assistance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, help with stocking supplies and processing incoming inventory, support florists and staff with general tasks as needed, occasionally assist customers in-store or on the phone Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, ability to lift and carry light to moderate loads, strong time management and organizational skills, friendly, professional, and dependable, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Previous delivery experience, previous retail experience, interest in flowers, plants, or design.
