Todd's Odd Jobs & Skilled Craft provides handyman, home improvement, and property maintenance services in the city of Charlevoix and surrounding communities. We bridge the gap between calling a handyman and needing a contractor- and between occasional repairs and needing a full property manager. From the little odd jobs on your list to substantial improvements, we handle repairs, carpentry and finish work, small and whole-home painting projects, deck board resurfacing, and replacement, full bathroom remodels, exterior maintenance, power washing, gutter cleaning, caulking and weather sealing, installations, seasonal home projects, and more. We work with local homeowners, seasonal residents, rental owners and property managers who need one reliable company capable of handling a wide range of projects.
