A Community Conversation
Golden Intentions and Hospice of Northwest Michigan want to start the conversation about Advanced Planning and the choices at End of Life. Whether you are 32 or 92, it’s never too soon to have a golden conversation with your family. We encourage making a plan before you need it; having early end of life conversations with those who need to be a part of the decisions; preparing documents, finances and feelings and having life moment celebrations. You have a choice and we want to start the process and provide you with the tools that will empower you as an individual; family and community to make the choices that are right for you and that will bring you peace of mind.
