Annual Celebration of Life & A time to Remember

Hospice of Northwest Michigan invites you to join us in acknowledging the lives of those we have loved. This non-denominational service includes poems, readings, music and a butterfly release, while individually memorializing those patients who have received care through Hospice during the past year. We would include all community names submitted for remembrance at that time also.
