Event Description:
The Killarney Mountain Lodge, Georgian Bay, Ontario, will showcase their chefs’ cooking expertise at the Twisted Olive as part of the Chefs Across the Great Lakes chef exchange. This will all take place at The Twisted Olive restaurant, 319 Bay Street, Wednesday, October 19 in Petoskey. Proceeds from this special event dinner will benefit the Women's Resource Center located in Petoskey. The exchange is the 2nd half of the dining experience, with Twisted Olive’s chef having participated in a similar happening earlier this year in Killarney. The concept is to collaborate on a menu reflective of both regions, Northern Michigan and Georgian Bay, Ontario. Killarney Chef Guy Bedard will join Twisted Olive Chef Lee Fortune in menu and dinner preparation.
