Come hear pulmonary and sleep medicine specialist, David S. Knitter, MD talk about COPD and answer these questions. Exhibits and information, giveaways, and light refreshments included! McLaren Northern Michigan is hosting a free community lecture about COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) on Monday, November 18 from 6 - 7 p.m. at the John and Marnie Demmer Wellness Pavilion and Dialysis Center in Petoskey. Some symptoms common to COPD are emphysema, chronic bronchitis, shortness of breath, wheezing, and respiratory infections. Those with similar symptoms or those diagnosed with COPD are encouraged to attend. Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Specialist, David Knitter, MD, will provide insight for those facing COPD.
