Community Immunization Clinic

Community Clinic held at the Charlevoix Elementary School Library. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, cash, or a personal check. (No credit cards) Please call the Health Department to schedule your appointment at 1-800-432-4121. Children/students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Waiver appts need to be scheduled at the Health Department.
