Thursday, May 18 Charlevoix Farmers Market begins the season with a Kick-Off Celebration sponsored by Ace Hardware. The public is encouraged to stop by the Market between 8 A.M. - 1 P.M. and ENTER TO WIN one of two $25 gift baskets from the Ace Garden Center. Meet seven new vendors and say ‘hi’ to old friends, as the entire Bridge Street sidewalk is full from Clinton Street to the Odmark Pavilion. New this year is curbside parking until 11 A.M. making it easier for locals to shop before work. The Junior Marketeer has T-shirts free for the children after just four visits, provided by Munson Charlevoix Wellness Center. The goal is to provide space for quality family time and enhance healthy living by eating fresh, local produce, meats and fine artisan baked goods.
