Offered the third Thursday of every month in the Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Dept., 2nd floor of the Demmer Wellness Pavilion from 8 -10 a.m. Health Screening Includes: -Blood Pressure & Pulse Rate -Height, Weight, and Body Mass Index -Finger Poke Blood Test •Total Cholesterol •HDL Cholesterol •Non-HDL Cholesterol •Glucose - On the spot results and education on reducing cardiovascular disease risk.
