Tpr Hebner will bring his experience and expertise to discuss why Northern Michigan has a heroin/opioid epidemic, and what Northern Michigan communities are going through. He will discuss local and statewide trends and also discuss responses from local communities and the State level to see how they are trying to diagnose and deal with this crisis
