Hospitality Training the Charlevoix Way

Carlin Smith, President of the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce is one of the founders and facilitators of Hospitality the Little Traverse Way, a customer-service training program with a mission of elevating the service culture of the region. This highly acclaimed program will be a great way to kick off the summer season.
