Manufacturing Business Holding Job Fair to Fill Positions at Charlevoix Plant
Northwest Michigan Works! is partnering with Oliver Racing Parts for an on-site job fair at the company's Charlevoix plant. The job fair will be held Thursday, September 5 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 7 from 8:00 a.m. to noon at 5339 M-66 North in Charlevoix.
Oliver Racing Parts manufactures lightweight, durable connecting rods that help engine builders achieve extreme horsepower. The company is looking for skilled people for the following positions: accounting/administrative, CNC machinists, inside sales, machine operators, maintenance, and quality control.
Job fair attendees should bring their current résumé and come prepared to complete an application for employment. Oliver Racing staff will be on-site to answer questions and conduct mini-interviews.
