You call it "salt," the food label calls it "sodium" - salt is sodium chloride. Eating too much sodium may add up to high blood pressure and increase risk for heart disease. In recognition of Heart Month (February), clinicians from McLaren Northern Michigan will reveal the secrets to following a diet low in sodium without sacrificing taste.
