Event Description:
9th Annual Project Connect, a day of service for those in need, will be held on Wednesday, March 9th from 1:00-7:00 pm at Odawa Casino. The idea behind Project Connect is to bring all of the social service agencies together in one place, on one day, so that people who don't know where to go or what services are available can show up and be directed to agencies that can help them. Bringing everyone together in this way allows people to avoid some of the travel, waits and red tape that can be associated with social services.
