Slow Flow Yoga Class Session Starts! This slow flow practice will help to build strength, stamina and flexibility. The practice will emphasize moving from the core using slow progressive, vinyasa sequences with longer held standing and core postures. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat. With instructor Heidi Grace Dietrich. Minimum # of Participants to hold class = 4 Maximum # of Participants = 6
