TURKISH MARBLING ONLINE CLASS with KIT with Heidi Finley! Learn how to make stunning hand-marbled papers for use in card making, book arts or scrap booking; or just for the sheer fun of creating something beautiful. No prior experience is necessary! The kit includes plenty of materials for many additional sessions at the marbling tray. You'll want to share your skills with friends and family! Turkish Marbling is a traditional craft dating back to the 12th century. Heidi’s process is very similar to that used by artisans of old. You will use acrylic paint formulated to float on a special bath, and very high-quality hand-crafted tools. You will learn the secrets which kept marbling in the hands of trained European artisans when marbling was an industrialized trade in the 16th-18th centuries.
