Anne-Marie Oomen’s new collection of poems, The Lake Michigan Mermaid, (with Linda Nemec Foster) is out now. Anne-Marie will tell the story of the story, the adventure of their ten-year secret, and the discovery of the mermaid. She teaches at Solstice MFA at Pine Manor College (MA), Interlochen’s College of Creative Arts (MI), and at conferences throughout the country.
