You asked, we responded. The Charlevoix First! program rolls on with a joint sponsorship by the Chamber/DDA/CVB of the highly acclaimed and sought after ZINGTRAIN quality customer service training. Through special arrangements, we will host a dual purpose training program featuring ZINGTRAIN quality service trainers right here in Charlevoix! The training will be followed by a Social Media training program designed to bring your staff up to speed with the latest service focus and use of social media.
