BARRE Class with instructor Kristi Epping! All levels welcome. Barre is non-impact workout using movements derived from ballet to get a high-intensity, full body workout often performed at the ballet barre. Please bring your own Yoga mat and water bottle. Minimum # of Participants to hold class = 3 Maximum # of Participants = 6
