Celebration of Life & A Time to Remember Memorial Service

Hospice of Northwest Michigan and the Health Department of Northwest Michigan invite you, your family and friends to join us in acknowledging the lives of those we have loved. This candlelight, non-denominational service which includes, poems, readings and inspirational music, while individually memorializing those patients who have received care through Hospice during the past year. Please feel free to bring a photo of your loved one for display. Afterwards we invite you to join with the staff, volunteers, family and friends for refreshments.
