Designed for front-line customer service staff, this workshop will teach you the basics of establishing the customer relationship, tips on gracious troubleshooting and what it means to be a company and community ambassador.
Shawn is the founder and co-owner of Bearcub Outfitters since 1998 in Petoskey and a Middle School Teacher in Berkely, Michigan for 15 years.
