Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony
Memorial Day Service at Brookside Cemetery is a wreath laying ceremony at the flag pole in Brookside Cemetery. The National Anthem, Pledge of Allegiance and the Gettysburg address to be recited Firing Party with the playing Taps. Also there is a parade being sponsored by Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Location
Parade lines up on East Garfield Ave. near old American Legion Hall at 9:30am. The parade turns onto the Bridge Street travels north on US 31. A wreath will be placed in Veterans Park. The parade continues to travel north to Clinton Street and will turn into East Park near the Harbormasters office. A ceremony will be held near the Odmark Pavillion.
