Voices Without Borders presents the 2nd Annual A Time to Shine, a celebration of Northern Michigan's amazing stars! Performers selected through live auditions on January 18 and on-line YouTube submissions by January 18th will bring their talent to Center Stage February 8th. This sparkling evening will include performances by singers, dancers, musicians, and entertainers of all ages, as well as silent and live auctions! VIP includes early admission to Silent Auction at 5:45pm, VIP pre-concert reception at 6:00pm and box/premium seating. General Admission includes Silent Auction at 6:00pm.
