400 Park Avenue is a charming cottage overlooking Lake Michigan and just a short walk to the life guarded beach, the marina, shops, restaurants, and close to the fantastic library. It has cable & wifi, 4 bedrooms -sleeps10,(1 queen,1 double, 2 twins, 1 set of bunks, & 1 sleeper sofa). There are 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with SS appliances, dining room with seating for 10, lovely front porch, and a deck with grill & picnic table. It is a NO Smoking cottage. Dog friendly (up to 2 dogs) for extra fee.
