Green 3 Homes is a charitable nonprofit (501(c)3) whose mission is to provide new, near zero- emission, starter homes to individuals who may have had previous challenges in qualifying for a mortgage or felt locked out of the single-family home market (SFH). Environmentally, our successful renters utilize the home’s green, energy-saving tools to bolster their financials for 3 years, before they are offered their home for purchase...at a discount.
